  • ALL PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE. Because of this, there might be minor imperfections. If the imperfection is severe enough that I couldn't fix it before listing it in my shop, I will include those details in the description and it's probably in the 20% off section. Those products are sold AS-IS. 
  • Turn-around time on custom orders depends on if I have the supplies you've requested (butterflies, flower color, etc.) All items in the shop are READY TO SHIP. Custom orders that do not require an additional purchase on my end take TWO WEEKS. Custom orders that do require an additional purchase can take up to a month. If you have a deadline (someone's birthday, an anniversary, etc.), let me know and I will make your piece a priority.
  • I do not offer returns. You are buying art. I will ONLY offer a replacement if the product is damaged in shipping. You MUST email me immediately (or reach out on Instagram) with photos of the shipping box and the broken piece. I will make your replacement ASAP, however, it will not be exactly the same. That's the joy of art. It is one of a kind. 
  • Resin is for INDOOR USE ONLY.  If you live in a place that doesn't get too hot during the summer (unlike Texas), then items could go outside as long as it's not in direct sunlight. Resin goes soft when in direct sunlight outside and it could ruin your piece. Items can be in direct sunlight INSIDE and be okay. 
  • Never, ever, ever burn anything directly on resin. Incense holders have a hole that allows incense to burn at a 45 angle. Candles should be in a container (glass, or a tealight candle has the metal container) and then placed inside a candle holder. This is why I do not sell ashtrays as it is highly toxic to burn resin AND it ruins your piece!
